Requirements
Sales Representative – Job Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma / equivalent qualification
At least 1 year of sales experience in FMCG, grocery, retail, or related industries (preferred)
Experience in handling retail outlets, grocery stores, minimarkets, or wholesalers is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Willing to travel within assigned sales area
Possess own transportation (motorcycle/car) is an advantage
Basic knowledge of sales reporting, order taking, and follow-up
Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers
Honest, responsible, and disciplined
Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail customers
Visit assigned outlets regularly to take orders and ensure consistent sales coverage
Identify and develop new retail accounts within the assigned territory
Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Promote company products and execute sales and marketing activities in-store
Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets
Monitor stock levels at outlets and coordinate replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations
Collect market feedback, pricing information, and competitor activities
Prepare and submit sales reports on a regular basis
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
